Tenants

Terms of Lease: The let will be a Short Assured Tenancy on terms to be agreed but which will be broadly in line with the following:

1. Term: A 6 month lease will be offered continuing on a two monthly basis thereafter.

2. Rent: The rent will be paid monthly in advance by Standing Order.

3. Deposit: A deposit equal to a minimum of one month's rent will be payable at the commencement of the Lease.

4. Repairs: The Landlord will be responsible for keeping the property in a wind and water tight condition, as per the Tenancy Agreement.

5. Insurance: Tenants will be responsible for insuring their own personal effects and furnishings.

6. Rent Review: The Landlord reserves the right to review the rent annually.

7. Outgoings: The Council Tax will be payable by the Tenants who will also be responsible for payment of all services.

8. References will be required plus credit checks will be carried out on all tenants
